Payment & Reimbursement Options:
HSA/FSA: We accept both Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Superbills: Upon request, we provide a detailed superbill (an itemized receipt with medical coding) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. No! If you are dealing with an injury come straight to us and we can recommend you an orthopedist if needed. However, if you would like to submit for insurance reimbursement, you may be required to have a doctor’s referral.

Every session at Perform 2 Win Physiotherapy is a full 60-minute, one-on-one physical therapy appointment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your entire visit is dedicated to personalized treatment, movement assessment, and hands-on care focused on your specific goals. Unlike many traditional clinics, you’ll always work directly with your physical therapist for the full session ensuring consistent, high-quality care and a more individualized recovery experience.

Each 60-minute, one-on-one physical therapy session at Perform 2 Win Physiotherapy is $150. Our pricing is transparent and straightforward no hidden fees, surprise bills, or copays. Because we are a cash-based, out-of-network clinic, you receive individualized care focused entirely on your goals. You may also use HSA or FSA funds, and we provide a superbill if you’d like to request potential out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance.
