We do not accept insurance because we are considered out of network providers. We are a cash based practice, but we accept payments from HSA (Health Saving Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account). We provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. 

At Perform 2 Win Physiotherapy, we pride ourselves in providing superior, individualized one on one care specific towards your needs. We dont just focus on one body part, we treat the whole body as a whole, something we are not allowed to do when we accept insurance.We are different than your standard practice, because we value your time and your needs. Instead of being juggled with several patients and spending less than 20 minutes with a therapist, we spend the entire 60 minutes with you focusing on your needs! There are also no hidden fees, the price you pay is up front and no need of any copays.

No! If you are dealing with an injury come straight to us and we can recommend you an orthopedist if needed. However, if you would like to submit for insurance reimbursement, you may be required to have a doctor’s referral.

Each visit is 60 minutes one on one with a physical therapist. We will not pass you onto a physical therapy assistant or anyone else.

For evaluation of 60-90 minutes its $150.

For follow up visits are 60 minutes for $125.
